We've been working on some interface improvements, as well as fixes and other cleanup.

• made the lock image display when struggling a restraint is impossible
• fixed the loosen action not working properly
• locking is now its own thing, so you can have like lvl 4 locked mittens (“locked” no longer means “mittens lvl 10”)
• because of the last point, locking isn't settable in the camp menu yet so you'll have to "ask" the guard lol (we’ll add some way to lock it in the future)

Code changes:

- there's no need to manually max the meter for impossible stuff, the bar will automatically display as "100%" when the location is impossible

- cleaned up "showHudWindow" so it's a little easier to follow/add stuff later
