Managed to fix some issues with orgasm graphics. Who knows how many more are lurking out there? Also, boxbinders now have their own sprites. Hopefully most of the bugs are out of the way, and I'll be able to focus on some more new content.

• Fixed distractions not saving in the camp.
• Added some other behind-the-scenes fixes for the new distractions that might have caused some issues in the future.
• Fixed leg bindings not animating in frogtie. Accidentally gave a layer the wrong name. 
• Added sprites for boxbinder and AC boxbinder.
